New Cross Area Guide

There are many imposing and distinctive properties which are built around Telegraph Hill Park, most of these and many along New Cross Road were originally built by Haberdasher Aske's around 1870 and now form part of the Telegraph Hill conservation area.

Telegraph Hill Park is split into two halves on either side of Kitto Road and includes Tennis Courts, Ponds & Children’s play areas.

Telegraph Hill has long been on the radar of many of our clients. More recently New Cross has seen continued growth and popularity. It offers a wealth of period properties as well as a vibrant, urban feel. Its proximity to London Bridge also makes it something of a commuter hotspot.

There is a large student population as it is home to Goldsmiths University of London - renowned for Teacher training, arts & humanities. This also makes it a popular choice for our buy to let landlords as the demand for student accommodation will yield some very attractive returns.
